The Organizing Committee of the International Conference of the Korean Society for Molecular and Biology is pleased to offer a wide range of hotels with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. As rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis, once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may be unable to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended. Reservations should be made by August 31, 2013.

    • No charge will be made to your credit card until you settle your accommodation bill when checking out.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Cancellations MUST be sent to the the official travel agency Sungwon Tour Agent. Cancellations can be made up until 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. (Korean Local time basis)
    • Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night’s accommodation charge
    • All bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the conference.
  • How to Book
    1. 1. For reservation, you should contact to the official travel agency Sungwon Tour with the International Conference of the Korea Society for Molecular and Biology hotel booking form directly. Please download the hotel booking form and send the filled form to the official travel agency Sungwon Tour of your choice by fax or e-mail by September 26, 2014.
    2. 2. Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
