[Registration] Registration: by September 1 (Fri)

Participants are advised to register in advance (by 23:59, Korea Standard Time, September 1 (Fri), 2023 to receive an early registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below..

[Registration Fees]

l  Domestic

-       Undergraduate students and high school students should submit their certificates of school registration on site.

-       Registration fees give the rights to participate in all the congress activities including scientific sessions, receptions, exhibitions, and breaks.

l  International

[Registration Process]

Click the online-registration button on the website and use a fully secured e-commerce payment system.

1. If you are a LOCAL REGISTRANT, register at the "KSMCB Member" or "KSMCB Non-Member".

2. If you are a member, you also have to pay your annual membership fee.

3. If you are an INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANT, register at the "International".

[Registration Confirmation]

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt from “My Page” by logging onto the online registration system.

* Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by Secretariat.

* Installation of special software is required in order to print out the receipt. Please note that the user’s computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases.

* If an error page appears, please contact the Secretariat(Tel. 82-70-4466-6358, E-mail. ICKSMCB@ksmcb.or.kr) then we will send you the receipt by email.

[Cancellation and Refund PolicyRefund Form]

The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee according to the following rules. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the Secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.

After September 18, 2023 No Refund

* All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.

* Refunds will be made after the Conference.

참가자들은 사전등록 (한국시간 2023년 9월 1일 (금) 23시 59분까지)을 해주셔야 조기등록 할인 해택을 받을 수 있습니다. 아래의 등록 지침을 주의 깊에 읽으십시오.

[등록비]

l  국내

- 학부생과 고등학생은 현장에서 학교 등록증을 제출해야 합니다.

- 등록비는 scientific sessions, receptions, exhibitions, 휴식 시간을 포함한 모든 의회 활동에 참여할 수 있습니다.

l  해외

[등록 절차]

웹사이트에서 온라인 등록 버튼을 클릭하고 전자 상거래 결제 시스템을 사용합니다.

1. 국내가입자인 경우 "KSMCB 회원" 또는 "KSMCB 비회원"에서 등록합니다.

2. 회원이신 경우 연회비도 부담하셔야 합니다.

3. 해외 등록자인 경우 "해외 등록자"에서 등록합니다.

[등록 확인]

등록이 완료되면 자동 확인 이메일이 전송됩니다. 온라인 등록 시스템에 로그인하여 "내 페이지"에서 영수증을 다운로드할 수도 있습니다.

* 영수증은 사무국에서 결제가 확인된 후 다운로드됩니다.

* 영수증을 인쇄하려면 특수한 소프트웨어를 설치해야 합니다. 경우에 따라 사용자의 컴퓨터가 뷰어 프로그램을 자동으로 차단할 수 있습니다.

* 오류 페이지가 나타나면 사무국(전화: 82-70-4466-6358, 이메일. ICKSMCB@ksmcb.or.kr )주십시오. 영수증을 이메일로 보내드리겠습니다.

[취소 및 환불 정책 환불 양식]

조직위원회는 다음 규정에 따라 등록비를 환불해 드립니다. 취소 통지는 이메일 또는 팩스로 사무국에 서면으로 수신해야 합니다. 서면 취소만 가능합니다.

2023년 9월 18일 이후 환불 불가

* 송금에 대한 모든 은행 수수료는 등록자가 지불해야 합니다.

* 환불은 컨퍼런스 후에 이루어집니다.
