Guidelines for Poster Presentation
■ Poster Presentation: 09:00-17:40 on your presentation date
■ Presenters will be asked to stand in front of their posters during the poster session. Especially, they need to be there within a specified window of time for the evaluation by referees.

Place: Room 401, COEX 4F
■ General Information
1) The preferred content of poster has abstract, purpose of experiment, results (figures, tables), conclusions, and references.
2) The messages should be clear and easy to understand without oral explanation.
3) Please use tapes to attach your poster on the board. (Please bring your own tapes.); No pins or thumb tacks can be used.
4) Every poster has to be removed by presenters after their presentations. The Secretariat will not be held liable for any posters lost or damaged.
5) No photography and recording with camera, video, mobiles or any device is allowed at the poster presentation.
6) If you could not present a poster in the conference, please send a statement of reasons by e-mail (home@ksmcb.or.kr) in advance.
7) After closing the conference, you can print out the certificate of poster presentation on the website.
■ Guidelines for Attaching a Poster
The size of poster board provided is 1 m wide and 2.5 m high.
Please prepare a 10-30 cm high headline strip that runs the full width of the poster with the title, author(s), and affiliation(s).
Please attach your poster 30-40 cm below the top of the poster board.
